My Success Story:
I started using WeightChart.com in early September, when I started I weighed in at 260 pounds... I was overweight and unhealthy. Me and my wife loved to indulge on eating out, and fast food... The main purpose in our decision to lose the weight was we wanted to start a family, and we both wanted to be in the best shape possible. My wife started weight watchers and to save on money I decided to just follow her lead instead of joining the program. So that is when I decided I needed to find somewhere in the internet that I could track my weight loss and goals, like she could with weight watchers. That is when I found WeightChart. Through lifestyle changes such as healthier eating habits and daily exercise, we both found that weight loss does not have to be scary or difficult. I can happily say that so far I have lost 71.9 pounds and am only 4.1 pounds away from my goal healthy weight of 184 pounds! I will continue to keep losing weight up to and past my goal healthy weight and keep it off! Thank you WeightChart for changing my life and teaching me the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle!
