My Success Story:
I've been working towards getting my weight down to 185. I got up to a lifetime maximum of 230 this year and knew something had to change. I try to eat sensibly, but do not follow any diet plan. I try to exercise daily, but just started that in the last week or so. I like to workout using my Wii and EA Sports Active doing the 30-day Challenge it provides.

This chart helps me see where I have come from and where I am trying to go. I don't get too caught up in the daily fluctuations, i try to keep my eye on the overall trend to make sure I am making progress. I have resolved to be more agressive towards reaching my weight goal, and tracking daily helps me make better decisions about goes into my body, as well as how much and how hard I workout.
