My Success Story:
I started out walking 2-1/2 to 3 miles per day about 1-1/2 months ago. I am now up to 5-6 miles per day, splitting the workout between walking/treadmill. My muscles are more well-defined, particularly in my legs. Ideally, I would like to lose at least 5 inches of belly fat, which seems the hardest to get off. I'm feeling so much better in just 6 weeks' time. Even though some days it seems I'm not losing weight, it's the overall effect exercise has on my physical and mental well being that keeps me going.
