My Success Story:
I had a bad fall almost 2 years ago. To make a long story shorter, I ended up with a very large blood clot after my surgery. I have gained a whole lot of weight due to my inability to live the lifestyle I had before my fall. I joined a "fat farm" at a local extension agency, and I weigh in each week. I am hoping the weight loss chart will be a visual reminder and something that will offer me support as I continue the process of becoming healthier.
