My Success Story:

I am eating 3 times a day Full Bars & Aqua Full, followed 30 min later by a protein (that is of my own choosing). I drink 64-80 oz of water a day. My exercise is limited, due to having surgery 3 weeks ago on my leg, but next week I am going to start walking again, using my Bender Ball, and using light weights to tone my arms. I have an exercise plan drawn up for me by a personal trainer from last year, so I will stick to that. Also I have set a reasonable goal of 5 lbs per month for the year.

The weight chart helps me succeed because you can see actual results. I know when I reach a weight, I think "gosh am I still this fat?" The weight chart lets me see that I have made progress. I think for women in particular, we forget how heavy we were when we started a program. We only think in the "now" and what the scale reads.
